I have spent years in the cycle.  Emotional eating / obsessing over trying to lose weight / sabotaging my efforts / obessing again over losing weight / emotional eating / obsessing over losing weight / sabotaging my efforts etc etc.

These are my new Mantras.

I eat when I'm hungry.
I stop when I'm full.

My Fat Chance! workbook is doing incredible work in my mind and in my heart.  I am only 4 weeks into this12 weeks programme and I am already living the life of a slim person.  A slim persons cycle?
