Ok.  This isn't going to be a quick fix.  Fell down last night ... spectacularly.

I had spent the whole day saying to myself ... "Food never gives you what you think it does" and "Food offers you nothing" and 'Food doesn't make this better or more fun".  And I had a great day.

But then Friday night hit.  DVD and crap food.  Those thoughts and habits that I've held for so many years are still so strong and won out.  "It's Friday night - go on - treat yourself - it's only one day - it's not like you do this every day".  And that was that.

But ...

The email came through at 3am from Fat Chance! A New Day.
I went back on my journal and read yesterday.  Over and over and over and over.
It's gonna take some work to get rid of years and years and years of lazy crappy thoughts.  Oh but I have complete faith that it can be done.

So ... A New Day.
