If I had a dollar for every time I heard...

This is not a diet.  It's a lifestyle change.

I'd be loaded.

Honestly ... I've heard that SOOOO many times.  But really ... it's ALWAYS a diet.  Because it's ALWAYS about reducing calories.

So why is it that we find ourselves in the battle every day? I met a woman last night ...  a young woman.  She had lost 10 kilos through Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers.  She said she has another 10 kilos to go - but that fills her with dread.  Because, she said, the battle is exhausting.

Yes, the battle is exhausting.  And it's always and internal battle so you're on your own in the battle.  Which makes it even more exhausting.  And so utterly depressing.

My Fat Chance! workbook is told me how many calories I need.  But it knows that knowing that is not enough.  My workbook is making me really look at why I engage in the battle.

I'm into week three now ... I can't tell you how excited I am about the idea of a life without the battle.

Get the book.  I'm going to tell you that every time I write in this blog.  Get the book.
