Eat like a slim person. Not a fat person who's trying to lose weight.

Another breakthrough.

This is tough.

Because I had no idea how deep set my beliefs around food and weight were. It's like they were set in concrete all those years ago. And the only way is to chip away one little bit at a time.

Sometimes I wish this was a diet. So that I could go back to what I know. But how many times will have to go back to what a know. For the rest of my life?!!! I don't want that. I want this to be what I know. Eat like a slim person not a fat person who's trying to lose weight.
